You can create a How-Markets’ account using any one of the following methods:

  1. Email address
  2. Facebook login
  3. Google login

To get started on How-markets, follow the steps below for your device type.

IOS/Android

  1. Download the How-markets’ app from the App Store.
  2. Tap create Account.
  3. Select the method you’d like to use to create your account.
  4. Follow the prompts on the screen until your account is created.

There may be circumstances where we need to authenticate your account through two-factor authentication to ensure your account is secure. To do this, you will be prompted to receive a security code to your email address or phone number on file with How-Markets.

  1. If you’re having difficulties authenticating, we recommend the following: if you need to add or update a phone number, you can find instructions on how to do this here.
  2.  If you aren’t receiving the code to your email address, we recommend that you check your SPAM or Junk folder.
  3. If you’re not receiving SMS/ text messages, please make sure you have opted in to receive SMS notifications from How-Markets. You can learn how to do this here.

  2. Click Account Settings on the left panel.
  3. Click Get Reset Key, and text the code from your current or new phone to the number provided to reset you phone number.
  4. After your text key, you’ll receive a confirmation text message.

To add or edit your phone number on mobile device, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Manage Addresses.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Change your phone number in the Phone.

If you have an issue with an existing order, pleases contact our Customer Support Team through the app or web and follow the relevant prompts in the How-Markets’ Assistant on support@how-markets.com

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues finding your account. It’s possible that you have created multiple accounts.

We recommend that you go through your emails and look for any order confirmation emails from How-Markets. This will help you locate the correct email that you used to register with us. It’s also possible that you signed up with your Google + or a Facebook account, so you should check those accounts as well.

Account takeover is a form of identity theft where a fraudster gains unauthorized access to a victim’s email account, e-commerce site, or any other variety of online account. Unfortunately, this access can lead to fraudulent transactions and / or unauthorized shopping from the victim’s account.

Generally, accounts takeovers occur because people often use the same username and passwords for a verification of their online accounts. If these email and password combinations have ever been illegally exposed, fraudsters will generally attempt to try these combinations on different online sites until they successfully gained access. From there, they may change the credentials.

We do not lease, rent, sell or share information except as enshrined in our Privacy Policy.

We protect information as described in sections of the policy, and we may share our information as described therein (information Sharing).

If you received an email confirming an order that you didn’t place, it’s possible that there has been unauthorized activity on your account. If you think there has been unauthorized activity or orders placed, please send us a message at Support@How-Markets.com. We recommend that you include in your message your user ID and any order number that seems suspicious. You can find out how to locate your user ID here.

We also recommend changing your password on your How-Markets’ account to a new, unique password.

If you think your account is compromised or there has been unauthorized activity, please send us a message at support@how-markets.com. We urge you include in your message your user ID and any order number that seems suspicious. You can find out how to locate your user ID here.

If you can’t access your account, please send us a message at support@how-markets.com and include any old order Number and/or your user ID.

Once we receive your message, we’ll be able to help you from there.
We also recommend changing your password on your How-Markets’ account to a new, unique password.

You can update your email address under your Account Settings.
To change your email address, follow the steps below for your device type.

iOS/Android

  1. Open the app menu and tap settings.
  2. Tap account Settings.
  3. Tap Change Email Address.
  4. Enter your new email address in both the new email address and Confirm email address fields.
  5. Tap the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.

You can update your profile photo, first and last name, birthday, and gender under your Account Settings.

To update your profile photo:

iOS/Android

  1. Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap Update Profile.
  5. Tap on your current profile photo.
  6. Tap take Photo to open the camera app and take a new photo.
  7. Or, tap Choose Existing to select an existing photo album.

To delete your billing information, please follow the steps blow for your device type.

  1. Visit settings.
  2. Click Manage Payments.
  3. Click the Delete icon under Payment Methods.
